Cancellation & Refund Policies

Group Classes


- Cancellations 12+ hours in advance: Credit remains on your account for future use.

- Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: Class is forfeited with no refund.

- Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: May be rescheduled without penalty.

- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Full session fee will be charged.

Private Sessions & Yoga Therapy



Workshops, Special Events

- Cancellations 7 days in advance: Full refund. 

- Cancellations within 6 days: Nonrefundable unless your spot is filled from the waitlist. 

- No-shows: Nonrefundable.

Illness & Emergencies

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.


Weather-Related Cancellations

If Syracuse Therapeutic Yoga cancels a class or event, participants may choose a refund or credit.


At Syracuse Therapeutic Yoga, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to protect both participants and organizers while keeping fairness and clarity at the center.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are applied toward your total retreat balance.

Cancellations by Participant

60+ days before retreat start: Refund of retreat balance paid, minus the deposit. 30–59 days before retreat start: 50% refund of retreat balance paid, minus the deposit. Less than 30 days before retreat start: No refund will be issued. No-shows: Nonrefundable.

Waitlist Transfers

If you cancel within 30 days and your spot can be filled from the waitlist, you will receive a refund of your retreat balance (minus the non-refundable deposit and a $50 administrative fee).

Cancellations by Syracuse Therapeutic Yoga

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including deposits. We are not responsible for travel arrangements, airfare, or other expenses incurred.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Illness & Emergencies

We care deeply about your well-being. If illness or an emergency prevents your attendance, please contact us directly by email or phone. While refunds are not guaranteed outside of the above policy, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
